Edward Enninful is a man after our own heart, styling not one, but 12 models for the cover of the March 2009 Best of British issue of i-D magazine.  

“The confirmations were instant. It was about doing something for England, and models have been so faceless. British models always have personality,” he told the International Herald Tribune.

Shot by Solve Sundsbo, the girls include marquee names like Twiggy, Naomi Campbell, Agyness Deyn, Lily Donaldson, and newer girls like Eliza Cummins. Each model is captured with the i-D’s signature one-eye pose, and paired with their own phrase. We love Agyness’s “Feel the fear and do it anyway.” and Yasmin Le Bon’s “We worked hard and played hard.”
