One of the best way to escape a dreary rainy evening in New York City is to hide out in an art gallery, and thankfully, on Wednesday evening, Molly Sims provided exactly that.
While outside was quite frightful, inside the gallery was nothing short of delightful. The model turned jewelry designer hosted the opening evening for Greg Lotus’ new exhibit, Impressions, featuring a multitude of his work for Vogue over the years. “I first fell in love with his work like 5 years ago,” Molly explained. “He’s been shooting for Vogue for almost ten. He has the eye for beauty. He’s a man that can make a woman so beautiful, but at the same time he has a fantasy eye which I love. I love his art and what it says and how it speaks to you. Even what he does with the lighting in some pictures - it’s kind of amazing.”
Between giggling with Joey from The Rachel Zoe Project - who dolled up Molly for the evening - Molly served as a perfect host for the evening, flitting between guests and greeting friends like Mary Alice Stephenson and One Management’s Scott Lipps who was busy updating his blog. We spied a few posters mentioning that filming for the reality show was going on, so be sure to look out for Molly’s cameo when the show returns!
