Happy to take somewhat of a break from Fashion Week, we headed over to the Victoria’s Secret Suite at the Empire Hotel yesterday afternoon for the celebration and unveiling of Doutzen Kroes‘ Elle Magazine cover. With Elle’s stylist and Creative Director Joe Zee also in attendance, Doutzen and Joe Zee posed for photographers and discussed details about the cover. “I really liked my clothes because they were very different from what I normally wear,” Doutzen shared, later explaining that while she tends to wear more sleek and simple looks, she enjoyed the bold colors and array of accessories that she wore for her cover story.
Although we had only a small amount of time to spend with the lovely Doutzen, we had a wonderful time putting our feet up and relaxing in the trés chic Victoria’s Secret Suite and we cannot wait for the magazine to hit newsstands on September 20th!
