We still haven’t recovered from our run-in with the still-stunning Linda Evangelista on Tuesday night at an event for industrial designer Ron Arad at the Museum of Modern Art. It was magical! The iconic model walked the red carpet looking rocker chic in skintight leather pants, a sequined top showing just a bit of shoulder, and sporting a handbag that the man of the evening, Notify Jeans owner Maurice Ohayon, and the supermodel collaborated on. She was quickly whisked off for photo ops, but returned to the party and took a long breather on an Arad-designed couch between two security guards.
Of course, where the queen bee of models dwells others are sure to follow. We spotted a solo Bar Refaeli make her way through the crowd, including Anouck Lepère and Jessica White—both looked elegant in metallic dresses. DNA agent Fred Howard squired Edita Vilkeviciute around as she mugged for cameras and even gave a dramatic twirl to show off her backless dress, but even though she kept a low profile near the door leading to the museum’s garden, all eyes were on Linda. ~ Alia Mansoori
