Not all runway shows are accident free.
High heels and slippery platforms lead to certain mishaps, and sometimes situations occur. During the Fall 2011 Jean Paul Gaultier runway, models were requested to remove certain articles of clothing at the beginning and end of their walk, providing that extra bit of flair.
And in one instance, the orchestrated moves didn’t go quite as planned. Before walking off the runway, Coco Rocha spun around, flung her clutch to the side, and nearly collided with Lindsey Wixson! But being the pro that she is, Coco gained control of the situation, slid past Lindsey, and the runway continued as if nothing happened.
Meanwhile, Lindsey’s left the city of lights for her home town - though not due to any injuries caused by her near collision with Coco. The beauty had an allergic reaction to makeup used on the runway, but she had a spectacular season - so the rest is more than well deserved!
