Back in March, Modelinia told you all about the newest model turned designer, Irina Lazareanu. She’s been working with a department store called Seibu in Japan to design her line, and come September, the world will be introduced to her very first collection!
She took a little shopping trip with casting director Natalie Joos to talk inspiration, names, and vintage shopping. While there are no pictures yet of her creations, we know that her line will be called Rini by Irina, is launching this September, and will include a mix of flapper dresses, little jackets, seventies flower skirts, and shirts. And here’s a hint. If you want to spot Irina while in NYC, head to What Goes Around, Comes Around - it’s her favorite vintage store in the city, and a huge source of inspiration.
