Brooklyn Decker is officially a married lady, as she and Andy Roddick were wed on Friday afternoon in Austin, Texas. The celebration took place at twilight in a tent decorated with tropical flowers in front of a small group of family and friends. While Brooklyn wore a custom-made Vera Wang gown, her bridesmaids donned strapless chocolate dresses. Tiffany & Co. wedding bands were the chosen rings for the newlyweds, platinum of course.
After the vows, the crowd moved to the country club, where the cocktail hour turned into dinner and Elton John entertained the crowd as a special gift to Andy, even taking requests from guests. “I know exactly what I am giving you for your wedding present,” Elton had said. “I am going to play at your wedding.”
The party continued on Saturday, as guests were invited to a denim-only event at Stubb’s Bar-B-Que, with music by the Spazmatics. Brooklyn kept with her elegant look, though, choosing a long dress in lieu of jeans. Congrats to Brooklyn and Andy!
