When it comes to keynote or graduation speakers, there are certain choices that just make sense. Others, not so much.
But for the International Trademark Association’s 131st Annual Meeting, the committee made a great one.
On May 17, Elle Macpherson will attend the opening ceremonies and speak to the audience regarding her work as an entrepreneur. INTA has invited 7,500 delegates from around the world to attend the five-day meeting, reviewing the issue of trademarking with discussions, speakers, networking, and lessons.
“This meeting is the biggest and best-attended event in the intellectual property community, and we are thrilled to be in Seattle and thank our host city for welcoming us so graciously. And with Elle Macpherson as our keynote speaker, we are in for a wonderful beginning to our five-day event,” said INTA Executive Director Alan Drewsen.
Besides the fact that we adore supermodels, Elle is the perfect choice, given her experience as the head of Elle Macpherson Intimates, the creator of Elle Macpherson “The Body,” a global spokeswoman for Revlon, and her years of experience in the fashion and modeling industry.
