To pair with their Christy Turlington cover for August ‘09, the site went through the magazine’s image archive for pictures of iconic models from the ’80s through today, pulling shots of Cindy Crawford, Claudia Schiffer, Naomi Campbell, Linda Evangelista, and Christy. It’s impossible for us to choose a favorite, and we’ve been staring at them since this morning! It’s like a mini trip to the Met’s Costume Institute, without even leaving your apartment or desk.
