Many models reflect on their high school/pre-teen years as being awkward and uncomfortable, noting their long, gangly legs and natural thinness as being the subject of lots of ridicule. For gender bending supermodel Andrej Pejic however, it was quite the opposite. In New York Magazine’s new series, “Inside the Models Studio,” Andrej sits down to discuss how he was discovered working at McDonald’s to his all time favorite designer to his popularity in high school. “I was prom queen, and the year before, I was prom king. Andrej also spills about his upcoming fragrance campaign for Jean Paul Gaultier in which he says he’s very exposed and “gives skin,” though that’s something we’re quite used to seeing from Andrej.
