Arlenis Fever

She didn’t make the cover of Vogue in the U.S., but Arlenis Sosa will be gracing the cover of German Vogue, solo, for the May 2009 issue. Shot by Alexi Lubomirski, she posed in Lanvin’s Spring ’09 collection, but the Arlenis love doesn’t stop there. Inside she’s featured in an editorial as well, titled “Magic Black,” which Alexi shot purely in black and white.

Plus, to go along with her Lancôme campaign, she’s the new face of its La Laque Fever line. The team at Lancôme stole Arlenis away one afternoon to surprise her and took her to Bloomingdale’s 59th Street store to show her the huge brand-new picture of herself. Arlenis loved it so much she burst into tears when she saw it!
