When it comes to fashion videos, Lanvin designer Alber Elbaz knows where it’s at. He already wowed us with the video that went along with his collection for H&M, and need we remind you about that amazing commercial starring Karen Elson and Raquel Zimmerman dancing to Pitbull’s “I Know You Want Me?” Well, the designer has done it again for his Summer 2012 ad directed by Steven Meisel and shot in stop-motion animation.
The commercial stars Aymeline Valade hosting a lavish dinner party for a couple of other models as they dance and feast in Lanvin’s Spring/Summer collection. The party eventually gets overrun with snakes, which much to our surprise seem to have little-to-no-effect on the models. Call us squeamish, but if a bunch of snakes crashed one of our dinner parties we’d be heading for the nearest exit.
