It’s a gorgeous day for a bit of beauty news. But today we have not one, but two bits of campaign information for you.
To begin, it looks like Hilary Rhoda, Carolyn Murphy, and Elizabeth Hurley have two new fellow models joining them, as Estee Lauder just brought on two new girls - Constance Jablonski and Liu Wen! Interestingly enough, the duo also worked together for the Calvin Klein Spring 2010 campaign. New besties?
And for this news, Estee Lauder deserves a bit of heralding. Not only is Constance the first French model to sign with by the beauty brand, but Liu is the first Chinese model. We say, bravo. ”Estee Lauder has always searched for global beauties that define a generation,” said Aerin Lauder, Senior Vice President, Creative Director, Estee Lauder. “Constance and Liu Wen are the beauties of our time. Both models have quickly captured the attention of the fashion and beauty world.”
UPDATE: Talk about a special week. Not only is April 17th Constance’s birthday, but today Liu opened and closed a special Calvin Klein runway show in Shanghai today to commemorate the opening of the brand new store! Beauty contract, birthday, and runway moment. These girls are unstoppable.
