Yet again, Marchesa proved to be a favorite for editors and fashion lovers alike, drawing such a crowd that a line snaked down 22nd Street until well after the end of the scheduled presentation time. While last season saw Brooklyn Decker in attendance, this season the model guests included Molly Sims, Petra Nemcova, and Selita Ebanks. Molly fell in love with a white show-stopping number that’s sure to appear on a red carpet in the near future, and Selita awed over a specific jumpsuit. “The lace jumpsuit is fierce,” she said. “The detailing, the hair pieces - it’s all so intricate. I always say, Marchesa creates dresses for women without curves because their designs create such great curves.” While perusing the intricate designs, massive amounts of tulle, and delicate chiffon, Selita discussed her latest news. “I will be in Kanye’s new film, called Runaway. I play the phoenix. I have a lot of scars and bruises from it, but it was a great opportunity.
