Modelinia spent the day with Iman as she prepped and primped for Monday’s huge party: the Met’s Costume Institute Gala. In the video, she picks up her jewels at Fred Leighton, chooses her dress at Donna Karan while discussing their relationship, and then gets all dressed up for the party of the year.
But it all begins with a very Breakfast at Tiffany’s-type montage: she walks by Bergdorf Goodman and peers into the windows to see iconic model moments honored in the display. There’s the Peter Lindbergh cover of British Vogue from January 1990 that features Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford, Linda Evangelista, Christy Turlington, and Tatjana Patitz, as well as a photo of Linda fixing her lipstick in the mirror, which graces the cover of the Model as Muse book.
