This Fashion Week, show your devotion to a cause on your wrist. For their 15th anniversary, Fashion Targets Breast Cancer is working with QVC to create Designer Charms for Charity. Designers Stan Herman, Marc Bouwer, Robert Lee Morris, Anthony Nak, Bradley Bayou, Dean Harris, and Victor Costa each created a different charm, which will be sold to benefit the charity. “The concept is that you get the FTBC charm that you buy with the necklace or bracelet, and hopefully, as the program gets introduced over the course of a few weeks, you will buy additional charms and eventually have a collection of them,” Steven Kolb said, executive director of the CFDA. Veronica Webb fronts the campaign, which was shot by Nigel Barker, showing off a charm designed by Ralph Lauren. The pieces go on sale September 1 and range in price from $20 to $100, but 100 percent of the profits go directly to Fashion Targets Breast Cancer, so it’s safe to say these will be all over Fashion Week.
