When you’ve walked the runway for the world’s leading designers, appeared in countless campaigns, nabbed a TV hosting deal and created your line of (incredibly delicious) cookies all before your twenty-first birthday, there really is only one thing left to do. You got it— take on the Ivy League!
Following in the footsteps of well-rounded supers before her, Karlie Kloss has just revealed that despite her overwhelming success as a model, she still hopes to attend Harvard at some point in the future. Speaking to The Daily during Berlin Fashion Week Karlie said, “Going to Harvard at some point is in the plan, but all in good time.”
“I will fit it in,” added Karlie. “That is the great thing: I’m 20-years-old! I feel fortunate to have an incredible career and experiences behind me, but there is so much more that I want to do with this career and with my life.”
So, what exactly will the leggy stunner study during her academic stint? Fashion merchandising? Design? Not quite. Being the incredibly ambitious beauty that she is, Karlie plans to aim high with a degree in medicine or business.
“I have always had an interest in medicine; my father is an emergency room doctor. Now that I am getting more and more involved in these entrepreneurial projects I think business is something that would also be fascinating. To have a better understanding of economics and business and the way to run a successful company.”
And while most of us would be concerned with the grueling application process and the endless waiting game the ensues, Karlie isn’t sweating it too hard. “Tyra [Banks] did it. She went to Harvard business school. I can do it, too.”
Well, we can’t guarantee an acceptance letter, but one thing is for sure, Karlie is sure to have one killer college essay!
