There are more models to add to the already impressive list of cover girls for the June 2009 issues, which includes Lily Donaldson, Liu Wen, Liz Hurley, Anna Vyalitsyna, and Natalia Vodianova.
Doutzen Kroes made the cover of Vogue España, shot by Alex Cayley, while the Sport’s Illustrated Girl of the Moment, Bar Refaeli, is on the cover of Italian Elle, by Matt Jones. Her inside editorial, “La Bella Bar,” takes her right back to the beach in bikinis.
Next are two Harper’s Bazaar issues from Russia and Australia. Unfortunately, only the Sasha Pivovarova (in Dior couture and photographed by her husband, no less) cover is new, as the latter mag decided to reprint the April 2009 issue from the U.S. We’re still pleased, though, because that was such an iconic model issue, celebrating the supers and the amazing Peter Lindbergh!
