Christie Brinkley last appeared posing in a swimsuit for a magazine when she graced the cover of Sports Illustrated over 30-years ago.  Now, returning to her supermodel ways, the gorgeous all-American beauty is back, proving that age has no bearing on fashion’s delicate breed of cover girls!

Looking just as fabulous at 59 as she did on her last SI cover in 1981, Christie is featured posing around her $30 million Hamptons home for the cover of the launch issue of a new society magazine entitled, Social Life.  Shot by photographer Timothy White, Christie offers her signature mega-watt smile for the scenic cover, only to later flaunt her ageless physique in a seductive black two-piece while lying poolside. Needless to say, there’s a lot of beauty to be captured here—and we’re not just talking about the model!  Much like her peers Cindy Crawford, Christy Turlington and Naomi Campbell, Christie admits that she’s grown rather fond of today’s social media world, going so far as to call herself an Instagram addict!

“I find when I walk with a camera in my hand, I am extra alert and attuned to all the extraordinary beauty that abounds, from the smallest detail of a powdery pistil in a flower to the texture of the sky,” Christie tells the magazine.  “Taking pictures intensifies my appreciation and awe.”

Meanwhile, the supermodel is leaving us in awe with these glossy new photos!  Lets just hope this feature is just the first of many more to come.  After all, she clearly hasn’t lost an ounce of her cover girl persona!

When one thinks of Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, lets just say Victorian-era corsets and Jane Austen frocks aren’t the first things that come to mind.  Nevertheless, the supermodel admits that if has it her way, that’s exactly what we’re going to see her modeling next!

While speaking with Net-a-Porter‘s Hermione Eyre for this week’s edition of the retailer’s digital magazine, The Edit, Rosie spoke candidly about her bombshell status, revealing am unlikely career ambition in the process.

“I’d love to do a period drama, or make a quintessentially British comedy,” she says.”I just don’t connect with gross-out fart jokes and slapstick.”

It’s for that reason that the British beauty claims that she doesn’t plan on rocking hot pants forever— although we’re sure there are quite a few of her fans out there who wish she would.  As her latest role in the upcoming blockbuster Mad Max: Road Fury starring Charlize Theron and Tom Hardy proves though, Rosie has more than just the stunning screen siren looks— she also has the talent to boot!

Although her acting career and best-selling lingerie line remain her prime focus these days, Rosie proves she hasn’t lost a bit of her supermodel powers in the interview’s accompanying editorial spread.  With her sinuous curves and  bee-stung pout on display, the glamazon hit the California beach to model a slew of retro-inspired summer looks that she has since described as “riviera chic.”  Chic indeed!  The blonde beauty can’t help but smolder in her Dolce & Gabbana swimsuit and killer blue hot pants, despite the fact that she considers red to be her “power color.”

“I love red. I’m drawn to it. I feel great when I’m wearing it. It’s a sexy, confident color. But it’s got to be a deep, powerful shade.”

As rumored, Vogue has chosen Kate Upton to star on the cover of its June 2013 issue, marking the buxom blonde’s first ever— not to mention long-awaited— American Vogue cover.  Christening her the “American Dream Girl,”  “The Hottest Supermodel on Earth” and “America’s Favorite Bombshell,” the glossy is paying tribute to more than just Kate’s “killer curves” this month, although, those too have their moment in the sun.

With famed photographer Mario Testino behind the lens, Kate shines in a printed bathing suit and stilettos, her hair styled short and teased, while posing in a very Marilyn fashion for the breathtaking cover shot.  Inside the mag, the retro beauty continues with a series of figure-flattering shots that see the Florida native in high-fashion looks from designers such as Rochas, Dolce & Gabbana and Matthew Williamson.  The glowing cover spot is made even more special by the fact that it marks Vogue‘s first model cover since Kate Moss’s wedding issue in September 2011.  There’s just something about those Kates!

As for the profile, Kate’s body is obviously the hottest topic of discussion.  While chatting with Vogue‘s Lizzie Widdicombe, Kate opens up about the criticism she’s faced since her rise to super stardom, admitting that it was “hard at first”and it left her wondering “Is something wrong with me?”  But, she eventually learned to ignore her critics:

“You sit there and you’re like ‘Is something wrong with me?’ ” But she’s learned to ignore her critics—and come to regard her healthy body as a point of pride. “The things that they’re rejecting are things that I can’t change. I can’t change my bra size. They’re natural! I can work out and I can stay healthy and motivated, but I can’t change some things. I really just live my life. I love my body. It’s what God gave me! I feel confident with myself, and if that inspires other women to feel confident with their bodies, great.”

Of course, just as impressive as her sinuous curves are her tech-savvy skills and “old-fashioned” ambition, which have helped catapult the believe it or not once “stick-thin” Miami girl into one of modeling’s biggest stars.

“It’s just me sharing my life,” Kate says about her impressive Twitter account. “I like it if it’s authentic and in the moment and happening.” Growing up, she adds, “I didn’t buy the magazines that had models on the covers, because I didn’t know them. So I think this kind of gives me, as a model, a personality that people can connect with.”

It’s that type of vibrant personality that now has Kate inspired to try her hand at more than just modeling.  As we’ve previously announced, the Sports Illustrated cover girl is set to star in The Other Woman, a comedy led by Cameron Diaz and Leslie Mann.  But what about designing?

“I would love to have my own lingerie line,” says Kate.  But of course!

With such stunning beauty, talent and personality to boot, we couldn’t think of a better way to kick off the summer than with “America’s favorite bombshell!”

Red hair may be the talk of the town in Hollywood these days, but as Naomi Campbell proves on this month’s cover of Vogue Brazil, it’s blondes that are still having the most fun!

Never one to follow the trends— she’s the one setting them after all— Naomi stars on the May cover as none other than a flaxen-haired stunner, working her blonde tresses like she was born with them!  Shot by photographer Tom Munro, the supermodel’s hair makeover was a special treat in honor of the glossy’s 38th anniversary issue, which has previously seen the likes of a cheeky Kate Moss and midriff-barring Gisele Bündchen.  But let us remind you that the The Face coach is already a big fan of the lighter look.  Do some digging in the old model archive and it’s easy to see that Naomi has rocked golden-tinged highlights before, albeit never quite to this extent.  Even more apparent is the comparison of the supermodel then and now and the fact that while time has certainly passed, Naomi’s incredible beauty is (among other things) positively ageless.  While rocking micro hot pants, a leopard-print leotard and some Beyonce-style bling, the British beauty is as fierce as ever, but you already knew that, didn’t you?

Ooh, la, la! We’ve been around our fair share of food servers in the past, and needless to say, none of them could hold a candle to the lovely Mrs. Stone here.

Befitting of today’s class of supermodel mamas, the Dutch mommy-to-be is looking more radiant than ever on the cover of this month’s issue of i-D magazine, no doubt taking advantage of that breathtaking pregnancy glow she has as of late.  While donning the signature one-eyed pose for the new ‘Q&A issue’ cover, Lara also appears in a lighthearted spread captured by photographer Tyrone Lebon that puts her um, assets on full display.  With her signature blonde locks piled effortlessly on top of her head, the top model is seen posing topless with nothing but a white apron and two strategically placed glasses of wine covering her modesty as she stares into the camera.  The rest of the tongue-in-cheek shoot proves equally as fun with one shot showing the model’s fashionably styled head placed in a fruit bowl recalling a classic horror movie scene albeit, without all of the goriness.

 And for those of you not into the Addams Family-esque scene, don’t worry, because Lara is serving up more than just fruit platters this month.  In another photo, the stunner can be seen wearing a rather interesting oversized shag coat and white stiletto boots as she sits atop a, well, we’re not exactly sure what that is she’s sitting on, but its a stunning shot nonetheless!

We’re not sure whether it’s the ultra-glam Cali setting or Alessandra Ambrosio‘s bombshell looks that us have day-dreaming this afternoon, but one thing is for sure, we can’t get enough of the Angel’s latest high-fashion spread!

Along with landing the cover of Vogue Brazil’s March issue, Alessandra also had the chance to work it out in a retro-chic editorial spread shot by photographer Fabio Bartelt and the result had our jaws on the floor!  Despite taking place on the beaches of Santa Monica — a place Alessandra and her bikinis are well-acquainted with as you might recall— we were shocked to discover that rather than lounging on the beach in a sexy two-piece, the native stunner went the route of a polished ’60s bombshell— a look that we could definitely get used to.  Set against the breathtaking Cali backdrop, the supermodel stands dressed to the nines in bright, Mod-inspired looks provided by Moschino, Versus, Balmain and Lanvin. And did we mention the supermodel’s sweet coif?  That’s right, rather than her signature beachy waves, Alessandra stepped out in an Old-Hollywood inspired set of red-hued waves that managed to have us swooning all the same!  Seriously, is there anything this Brazilian beauty can’t pull off?

Well, it’s about time!

After months of speculation and failed rumors, it appears that Kate Upton has finally landed her first American Vogue cover, having appeared in her first editorial spread for the glossy just three months ago.  According to our friends at Fashionista, Kate has been chosen to appear on the cover of the upcoming June issue, entitled “summer escapes.”

Needless to say, Anna Wintour couldn’t have found a more fitting cover girl for the occasion.  After all, if anyone knows swimwear and exotic getaways, it’s Kate!  The two time SI Swimsuit cover girl has made history with her drop dead gorgeous bikini body and ethereal girl-next-door looks, so really, the only surprise here is that its taken Vogue this long to make things official.  Although to be fair, Kate has appeared on the cover of the British (November 2012) and Italian versions (January 2013) of the magazine, while also having shot two separate editorial features with Anna and the gang in 2012. Of course, if you ask us, one can never have too much Kate.

The official details of Kate’s cover shoot have yet to be revealed, regardless, there’s not a doubt in our minds that the bombshell’s Vogue debut will be anything less than breathtaking.  Bring on the Vogue cover madness!

Lets face it, if there is one thing that Kate Moss is definitely not afraid of, it’s stripping down for the masses.  The supermodel has been photographed in the buff more times than we care to count, going topless, pantsless and completely au natural for dozens of the world’s leading photographers and fashion mags.  But all of that prior nakedness doesn’t even begin to compare to the gutsy icon’s rumored upcoming cover shoot.

According to an early report from NowThisNews, a video news sire founded by Huffington Post co-founder Kenneth Lere and former Huffington Post CEO Eric Hippeau, Queen Kate is said to be posing for the cover of Playboy‘s 60th anniversary issue, set to his newsstands January 2014.  The news site claims that it got its hands on an internal memo from inside Playboy, stating that Kate would be shot for the cover by photography duo Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott this week in London with W’s Alex White taking the lead on styling the shoot.

Although a shock to the system, the rumor is within the realm of possibility.  After all, it wasn’t too long ago that the super put all of her naked bits on display for Tim Walker’s NSFW photo spread in Love Magazine’s Spring/Summer 2013 issue, while also posing in her birthday suit for the issue’s cover shot by who else, Mert & Marcus! Add that to Kate’s most recent sting of buzzed about campaigns, her return to the runway for Louis Vuitton and that bum-barring Saint Laurent look she rocked at the CR Fashion Book party, and we wouldn’t be surprised in the least to see Kate lying bare on the cover of Playboy next year.  Lets just hope that with Mert, Marcus and Alex running the show this X-rated cover is all class and all Kate!
