Dree Hemingway Jumps in the Designer Seat

Dree Hemingway’s jumped in the designer’s seat with her very own 10-piece capsule collection for über chic French fashion label, Sandro. Set to launch in the next few weeks, Dree’s collection is full of comfortable and breezy pieces that mirror the model’s free-spirited personality. “The inspiration was growing up in Idaho and men’s rock climbing books from the seventies,” she said. Indeed, each piece exudes that very Americana, bohemian vibe with it’s linen t-shirts, colorful maxi dresses, and printed skinny jeans. And though Dree attributes much of her collection’s aesthetics to Sandro’s creative director, Evelyne Chetrite, we see a future in fashion design for the 24-year-old model.
