Sneakers are sort of the “it” shoe among the top model crew these days, what with Miranda, Doutzen, and Jourdan all slipping into the stylish kicks for off-duty style perfection. It comes as no surprise then that for their second limited edition sneaker collection, Suno has tapped top model Elettra Wiedemann as an official brand ambassador! After all, who better to model an “it” shoe than an “it” model?
As part of the partnership, the team of sneaker ambassadors — which also includes fashion cool girls Pamela Love, Susie Bubble, Caroline Issa, Natalie Joos, and others — were asked to collaborate on their own pair of Suno sneakers, and to photo-document themselves wearing the designs throughout their summer travels.
Aside from the standout prints, the footwear collection is also doing some good by donating a portion of the profits from each sneaker sold to the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, which provides a sanctuary for baby elephants and rhinos in Kenya. Suno’s collection was also produced in African country, and made with soles produced entirely from recycled rubber. How’s that for a modest carbon footprint?
We’re already in LOVE with Elettra’s pair of floral bandana printed lace ups, not to mention her adorable pup! Check out Suno’s recently re-launched website for even more snaps of the sneaker ambassadors hard at work!
