While trolling the internet, Modelinia came across a new article in Paper magazine, featuring Erin Wasson, so obviously, we stopped everything to read what insight she imparted to the glossy. In a few minutes time, we relived her Spring 2010 and Fall 2010 fashion shows, learned that her father wrote to Kenny G and received a hand-written response, and found out that she has plans to buy a house in Austin this summer. But what caught our eye specifically was the middle of one quote.
“The funnest part of all this — my empire of dirt, I call it — is that there’s no strategy to any of it.”
Now we have to wonder: Is she a fan of the original song, ”Hurt” by Nine Inch Nails which includes the lyric, ” my empire of dirt,” or the cover by Johnny Cash?
