Lily Cole is currently on her premiere tour for The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, and finally last night New York had its moment with the model actress. But let’s go back to May, when Lily joined the cast on the red carpet in Cannes. Remember way back then? For the fashion choice of the evening, it was a Chanel gown that won out in a perfect light blue. As Lily came stateside, her style changed for Los Angeles, as she went a bit more casual though still dressed up in a short frock. And then last night Lily proved her innovation, opting for a suit made of a jacket, shorts, and over-the-knee boots in the same brown-striped fabric. Needless to say it’s an interesting look, but she certainly adapts to her location, ranging from glam on the red carpet to laid-back in L.A. to risk taker in New York.
