Pin strips earned their due respect on the Salvatore Ferragamo runway in Milan, as models ranging from show opener Isabeli Fontana to Karmen Pedaru and Anna Selezneva to Bianca Balti debuted the Fall 2011 creations from Massimiliano Giornetti. Though the color palette remained in hues of black, white, and gray, the collection branched the world of delicate womenswear with hints from the boys. While Isabeli and Kasia Struss‘ looks lent towards the side of menswear in her suit-like dress, the pendulum swung directly towards softer attire on Arizona Muse and Juju Ivanyuk, proving that corporate, Madison Avenue suits really can be cool.
