Modelinia caught up with our cover girl Kemp Muhl to find out what the face of Maybelline is craving and where she goes to get it.

What is the one thing you must have in your bag during fashion week?
Bubble gum! And any strange conversation piece, like a Japanese puzzle box or some Mexican jumping beans. Rose mist, my knitting needles and Dream Liquid Mousse from Maybelline for touch-ups!
Where is your favorite place to shop for beauty/fashion in New York?
I love all the vintage stores for military marching jackets and designer silk kerchiefs, plus regular drugstores to stock up on cheap makeup in crazy colors. Otherwise I love going to Saks or Bergdorfs to ogle the window displays.
What are you craving?
Well I’m not big on electronics—I prefer messenger pigeons! But I’m always dreaming of new shoes, like Christian Louboutins, because I am definitely lacking in that department. Perhaps because I have such long, dirty tomboy feet. I’d rather not deal with confronting them in a nice shoe store!
How would you describe your personal style?
Perhaps a bit attention deficit disorder… Or Victorian cyborg Pocahontas? I just like to treat all clothes like costumes and mix genres at the risk of looking insane.
