Despite the dress code of white and silver at her White Fairy Tale Love Ball, Natalia Vodianova kept to tradition and opted for a pairing of red gowns … designed by Valentino, of course. But while her dresses were Valentino red, her accessories were every bit the fairy princess.
The super welcomed friends and fashion insiders for the latest iteration of her Love Ball in Paris, to raise funds for her charity, the Naked Heart Foundation. Eva Herzigova opted for a black number while Stella Tennant chose a design from the Chanel haute couture Spring 2011 collection.
Amidst the fashion choices and bold faced names, quite possibily the highlight of the evening was a brand new sort of auction, coordinated by Natalia. After putting requestes out to her designer friends, over 40 custom dresses were created to be auctioned off. Models including Coco Rocha took part in the runway show while Christie’s auctioned off the individual designs. Thanks to the support of Natalia’s model and designer friends, 60 parks have already been built in Russia, a number that’s surly going to increase thanks to the latest Love Ball!
