Perfectly planned in time for Valentine’s Day, Elle Macpherson opened the Parisian market to her Intimates.
Just this week, she opened her first boutique in Printemp’s lingerie section, allowing the women of France to fill their drawers with designs by the supermodel. “I think it’s great that it has been recognized that structure is important; it is the architecture of clothes….With great lingerie, the proportion of your body changes,” said Elle of the industry’s current underwear as outerwear obsession. She’s already planning on expanding her range in France—in Printemps’ Nation and Lille sites. On a sartorial note, we’re loving the fact that Elle wore an all-black outfit, with just a slight peek through her Christian Louboutin cage shoes.
With her role as the new judge of Britain’s Next Top Model and her new Parisian empire, Elle’s personal stamp is all over the globe.
