We were thrilled earlier this week when Forbes announced Gisele Bündchen and hubby Tom Brady as the World’s Highest-Paid Celebrity Couple, but nothing could have prepared us for the excitement we felt when they ranked Gisele at #60 out of the 100 Most Powerful Woman in the World! Beating out major fashion names like Anna Wintour, Miuccia Prada, and Diane von Furstenburg, it’s clear that this supermodel has made a name for herself outside the fashion industry.
Gisele, who was also just named the World’s first billionaire supermodel, has stretched beyond just modeling with her philanthropic endeavors and recent stint as a designer for the Brazilian flip-flop label Havaianas. And while we’ve always believed in the power of supermodels, we couldn’t be happier that the rest of the world is catching on. Congratulations, Gisele!
