But a few years ago, Liya Kebede was given the same treatment, as the news source chose the model turned philanthropist for a CNN Revealed piece as well. The documentary spans New York and Ethiopia, from the fashion world to her involvement with the World Health Organization as a goodwill ambassador. We love seeing Tom Ford obsess over his love for her beauty and soul, as well as the amazingly kind words that Joy Phumaphi, former WHO Assistant Director General, says of Liya: “She makes you believe you have the potential to solve this problem.”
