Into the Boudoir with Herve Leger

For the brand’s third showing this week, the creator behind Herve Leger brought a bit of the bedroom to the runway, along with inspiration from the ever-decadent Marie Antoinette. Playing with blush tones and metallics, corset and garters, the Spring 2011 collection was a departure from the expected. While the requisite bandage dresses made their way down the runway on models including Jacquelyn Jablonski, Nimue Smit, Julija Steponaviciute, and Frida Gustavsson, we spotted two major power shoulder moments mid-show that Coco Rocha would surely swoon over. ~ Bianca Posterli
