Through all the campaign videos we’ve seen in the last few months, Free People’s October catalog video starring Julia Stegner is the first one that actually has us wanting and appreciating every piece of clothing.
Set in a brightly lit studio, Julia, with her perfect sixties hairdo, plays around in the brand’s new collection of boho-chic apparel while writing endearing little notes in colorful sharpies.
Even though it’s a model’s job to make the clothes look good no matter what she thinks of them, it’s evident that Julia loves every piece she’s wearing. And why wouldn’t she? After watching this video we’ve got our hearts set on some broken in boyfriend jeans and a fuzzy brown vest that we’re more than ready to nuzzle right in to. It may still be an Indian Summer outside, but we’ve got our closets fixed on Free People’s fall and winter apparel.
