Leave it to John Galliano to bring drama to the catwalk in Paris. Along with a film noir theme, the opening of the Dior Spring 2010 show was straight out of a movie, complete with gun shots, masked gangsters, and fog. But out of the mist came a stunning Karlie Kloss, who opened the show, while Tanya D treated the audience to her first runway appearance this season. Each of his girls showed off lingerie as outerwear, and John even took his own memorable runway walk, appropriately dressed for the theme in a trench coat.
