Kate Moss is a style icon. There’s no questioning that fact. But is it just recently that designers have begun to use her personal style as inspiration for their collections? Sure, Marc Jacobs turned her amazing silver dress that she wore to the Met’s Costume Institute Gala into a piece for his resort line, but that was always his creation.
She’s been layering blazers over her outfits way before the look was common place, and if anyone made vintage hip, it was certainly her. We would love to see Kate continue to use her own style as her inspiration like she’s done in the past. Remember the dress she made with Swarovski to wear to Swarovski Fashion Rocks? Or the dress she wore on her 30th birthday which she turned short for her Topshop collection? Seriously, who doesn’t want to look like Kate?
