Over the weekend, Lara Stone tied the knot with comedian David Walliams!
Dressed in a cream gown with gold trimming by Riccardo Tisci, Lara said her “I Dos” at the Claridges hotel on May 16, 2010, in front of guests including Lily Donaldson, Tom Ford, Natalie Imbruglia, and Sir Elton John. The couple chose to acknowledge their love and devotion to each other with a very traditional but short ceremony.
After the wedding vows, Lara changed into a gold Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci haute couture minidress for the reception at the ballroom of the five-star Mayfair hotel. Guests were treated to a dinner of lobster salad and seared sea bass amidst hundreds of white roses by celebrity florist Ron Van Helden. In lieu of champagne, the couple and guests toasted with popcorn at the 1940s themed ceremony and guests left the massive celebration with cupcakes from Primrose bakery.
