Lisanne De Jong stepped out onto the Balenciaga Fall 2011 runway with a fresh set of platinum blonde locks, calling to mind Britt Maren’s lighter moment on the same catwalk just a season ago.
And with her successive walks for Chloé, Kenzo, and Cacharel during the remainder of Paris Fashion Week, it became obvious this wasn’t a one day change. We snagged a moment with Lisanne to ask just how she feels about her newly brassy bright tendrils!
“It’s still quite shocking,” she said. “When I look in the mirror I don’t even recognize myself. Nor do some of my friends… I just stare at them until they realize it’s me!!”
We can’t wait to see how her new look translates to editorials and campaigns - especially with this fresh snap from Elite!
