Major Vogue Love for Liu

In an attempt to narrow down the 10 top moments of 2010, Vogue created “The Impact List,” full of brilliant moments: collaborations - Olivier Theyskens for Theory, Alber Elbaz for H&M, most awaited comeback of Tom Ford, New York Fashion Week’s move North, and the South’s clear impression on fashion and film.
