It looks like fashion isn’t the only industry fawning over this season’s ’60s glam obsession! After popping up in the glossy pages of LOVE and Jalouse’s latest Mod inspired editorials, the Fashion Week trend has now made its way to the beauty world, taking center stage in a bold new spread!
Outside it may be cold and dreary, but these beauty looks have all of the spunk and energy of a hot summer day! For the special beauty edition of Vogue Japan’s upcoming March issue shot by photographer Lacey, model Maryna Linchuk turned pop art muse, sporting a series of electrifying beauty looks befitting a classic Roy Lichtenstein portrait. Think cobalt blue mascara paired with a cherry red lip, aquamarine eyeshadow and bold, colored in eyebrows, or candy stripe pastel nails and polka-dot concealer. Part comic book, part Warhol goddess, this beauty editorial is anything but basic and we for one can’t get enough! In fact, if had our way, this whole editorial would be one big fashion coloring book. Now there’s an idea!
