Along with Karlie Kloss for Dior and Freja Beha Erichsen and Claudia Schiffer for Chanel, Alexander McQueen has chosen his girl of the season.
For spring, it’s all about Raquel Zimmermann.
Really it should come as no surprise since the designer featured Raquel during his Spring show not on the runway, but in a very prominent manner: a huge video that played while the girls strutted and Lady Gaga’s “Bad Romance” blared through the loudspeakers. And the photographer of choice is none other than Nick Knight, who played a part in creating the Raquel-like sea woman for McQueen.
