Miranda Kerr Goes Bare for Koalas

She may be a Victoria’s Secret model and used to posing in next to nothing, but Miranda Kerr
has just graced her very first cover in the nude for the inaugural Green issue for Australian Rolling Stone.

Photographer Carlotta Moye captured the supermodel chained to a tree, as the shoot focused on raising awareness for the environment and koalas. But this isn’t Miranda’s only work for the adorable creatures, as she is also the face of the Australian Koala Foundation’s No Tree, No Me campaign.

“I feel strongly about our natural environment because it supports our life—it’s that simple,” she told the magazine. “It’s a sad thing—there are only about 100,000 koalas left in Australia. Something like 80 percent of the koala’s habitat has been destroyed since Europeans arrived in Australia.”
