Find out where to Eat, Stay and Play at each of these Model- approved travel destinations!

See where Constance Jablonski, Lindsay Ellingson, Anne V and Jacqueline Jablonski are heading for the Holidays, after the jump!

Constance Jablonski: St. Barts

We can’t think of one model that we haven’t seen frolicking on the sands of St. Barts.  The Caribbean island has been the backdrop for many a VS swim shoot and celebrity-fueled yacht party.   Just last week, Kate Moss, Candice Swanepoel, and Chanel Iman all had some R&R and fun on the island and you can find model Constance Jablonski there catching some rays there this holiday season!

Eat: Brazilian restaurant, Do Brazil, is perched atop the rocks of Shell Beach and offers a peaceful meal, great people-watching and delicious ceviche.

Stay: Alessandra Ambrosio lists Eden Rock as her favorite place to stay in the world.  It’s amazing art and unique rooms is THE place to rest your head and spot some of the world’s rich and powerful!

Play:  Named one of the World’s Best Beaches, Anse du Grand Colombier’s lagoon-like water and white sand is the perfect place to spend the day!

Lindsay Ellingson: California’s Wine Country

With it’s rolling vineyards and James Beard Award- winning restaurants, California’s wine country is where Lindsay Ellingson is spending her time this holiday season. From the world’s best wineries to small town squares, this part of Cali offers a much needed escape from the fast-paced pressures of New York or LA.

Eat: If you find yourself craving five-stare fare, you must visit Thomas Keller’s French Laundry.  But, reservations are only accepted three months in advance, so if you visit on a whim check out Keller’s delicious Bouchon. Not as fancy, but definitely just as delicious.

Stay: Right in the heart of Sonoma is one of the most lavish hotels we could ever hope to stay! The Sonoma Mission Inn is a model dream come true with its 2 pools (one adults only- yes please!) and daily wine-and-cheese tastings.  Since Winter isn’t their peak season, snagging a room is easy-and in close enough proximity to wineries and restaurants around town.

Play: Lindsay’s reason for visiting wine country is similar to most: to go wine tasting! If it is classic wines you are most interested in, check out Alpha & Omega; an award- winning boutique winery with brilliant views of Rutherford, Napa. If wine isn’t your thing, head over to Davero where you can indulge in olive oil tastings. The Meyer lemon olive oil was our favorite!

Anne Vyalitsyna: Peru

If Peru isn’t the top model-approved destination, then we don’t know what is!  Models Edita Vilkeviciute, Lily Donaldson, Isabeli Fontana, Izabel Goulart, Constance Jablonski AND Karlie Kloss recently made the treck down to Peru in July for Mario Testino’s foundation opening.  And now blonde bombshell, Anne Vyalitsyna will be heading to Machu Picchu this Christmas.

Eat: South American treasure, Indio Feliz, has been called the best restaurant in Machu Pichu! Don’t think about asking for the check though, before ordering the lemon or garlic trout and the ginger chicken!

Stay:  Set amongst waterfalls and gardens at the foot of Machu Picchu, Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel’s rustic rooms and peaceful paradise is a must stay.

Play: The historic site of Machu Picchu and the almost forgotten Inca empire is a breathtaking, inspiring and truly magical adventure.  We recommend staying for the sunset, while you’re up there!

Jacquelyn Jablonski: Vermont

Eat: Steve Sawyer is the owner and chef of Table 24, which brings some of the best comfort food with flair to Rutland, Vermont.  The menu ranges from duck fritters with goat cheese to wood-fired rotisserie chicken with grilled asparagus. Sounds like the perfect meal to us when coming straight off the slopes.

Stay:  The Pitcher Inn opened in the late 1800s as a lodging for wagon drivers, but now its beautiful interiors are buzzing with snow bunnies every Winter.

Play: Stone Mountain Lodge is one of the only resorts in Vermont where you are able to ski from the slopes straight to the hotel lobby!

We hoped this inspire you to book your next model- approved vacation!
