Michelle Speaks Z Spoke

After spotting Michelle Alves in the front row at the Z Spoke runway show, we asked our model blogger and cover model to share her thoughts on Zac Posen’s latest creations.

It was so fun going to watch the Zac Posen show! He was launching his sports line, Z-spoke. It was the hottest show of the day- there were so many people trying to get in! Claire Danes was looking fabulous! I said hi to Devon, who looked beautiful in a navy Zac jacket that closed with a wide navy bow around her neck. As soon as the show was about to start, someone threw a gift for Kimora Lee Simmons, which fell on the catwalk. During the show, I fell in love with some of the pieces - I would wear them right now! A yellow and black dress, maybe look 16 of the show, had an open back and I also loved a flower jumpsuit. I was in Z Spoke clothes myself and they were quite fun to wear.  Unfortunately, to be able to own one of these pieces we still have to wait six months! Patience, Michelle, patience! I’d normally be on the catwalk, but it was an exciting and difference experience to watch a show from the first row. I didn’t realize how close people are to us! Atuai Deng went for a turn, completely lost her balance, and fell on the floor only a couple of meters before the photographers. I was impressed by how easily she handled it! She stood on her knees and lifted her hands like she was doing the YMCA, gave this big smile, and everyone started clapping. She stood up and continued on her way without disrupting the flow of the show. The show was over a little too fast in my opinion, and then Zac came out and he looked gorgeous! I’m so happy for him! Congrats and much love, Zac, it was great!
