While many of those living in the city were able to celebrate this weekend with the return of subway transportation and electricity, there is still an overwhelming amount of people still dealing with the devastating aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. Our hearts were warmed this weekend at the sight of many of our favorite models reaching out to those in need whether it was through much-needed donations or volunteer work. We love this picture of Hilary Rhoda rolling up her sleeves in the Rockaways on Sunday, tweeting, “Lent a helping hand today in the Rockaways. Love how this community comes together for each other.” Check out the different ways you can help those affected by Sandy today by clicking through the links below!
