On Sunday night Modelinia ventured out to attend the annual Organice Your Life® holiday party hosted by model and founder Lonneke Engel to celebrate the launch of her online site OrganiceYourLife.com as well as the latest issue of their online magazine featuring top model, environmental activist and founder of the Komera Project Kate Dillon.
Organice Your Life is a project developed by Lonneke that features articles by different celebrities, scientists, and experts covering a whole range of topics promoting healthy and happy lifestyles. Lonneke developed the “circle of 5,” a group of important aspects in life that can be “organized,” “organic” and “nice” including home, agenda, yourself, your relationships, and your good heart. The website is categorized by the Circle of 5, and visitors can go to each to find helpful and useful information on making your life a better one.
The event was held in the penthouse of the Time Warner Building in NYC with Antoniette Costa performing a handful of original songs throughout the course of the evening. Looking out over Columbus Circle from the fifty-first floor, we caught up with a handful of Ralph Lauren models including Leif Stacey, Anne-Marie van Dijk and Kate Dillon. While there we nibbled on organic treats such as tarts with goat cheese and peach preserves and the most delectable chocolate truffles, washed down with wine or apple cider and whiskey — all organic of course!
Lonneke is a wonderful example of how easy it is to live an organic, sustainable life, and we hope that her nutrition background will help encourage a healthy lifestyle amongst models and fans alike! We can’t wait for the next Organice Your Life® event!—Nikita Swatkowski
