
“I box, jump rope, go on the treadmill, lift weights, go up and down stairs. Jumping rope is great because you can stick it in your suitcase—you can do it anywhere. I don’t do it while I’m on Top Chef because it’s very difficult to do anything other than eat and sleep!”
