From flashy parties, to killer ensembels, our list of things that London Fashion Week got us lusting over was endless. However, there was one particular blue Longchamp clutch that we couldn’t seem to stop freaking out over. Britain’s most iconic fashion maven, Kate Moss donned the royal blue clutch all over London Town.
Now that all magazines have discovered Kate Upton‘s ability to sell out just about anything at the newsstands, it comes as no surprise that the commercial world should want to harness the power of ‘The Kate Effect’ for its own purposes. Still, not even we saw this one coming.
A week after her ultra-glam Paris Fashion Week debut, Kate is once again turning up the heat back home, this time as the beautiful blonde star of the newest Hot Pocket commercial. No, we’re not kidding! In yet another surprise career move, the “Model of the Year” has teamed up Hip-Hop superstar Snoop Lion, rapper Bow Wow and actor Oliver Cooper for a hilarious remix of Biz Marke’s 1989 hit single, “Just a Friend (You Got What I Need).”
In the music video renamed “You Got What I Eat,” the supermodel gets caught in the middle of an “irresistibly hot” battle between #TeamMeat led by “the Butcher” (played by Cooper) and #TeamCrust led the “the Baker” (played by Snoop), to see who is best part of any Hot Pocket sandwich. The rap battle plays out in Kate’s dreams, which also feature YouTube star Kevin “KevJumba” Wu, the larger-than-life brand mascot Herbie Hot Pockets™, as well as a surprise guest cameo by broadcast news legend Larry King.
We don’t want to give anything away— it’s far too hilarious for us to spoil— but let us just say, Kate’s side-splitting performance will have you dreaming of Hot Pockets too! Ready to witness Kate in all of her Hot Pocket commercial glory? Watch the new video below:

You’d think that after a strenuous fashion month, Cara Delevingne would want to take it easy for a bit, but according to her latest Instagram posts, R & R appears to be the last thing on this model’s mind.
Arriving in Rio de Janiero just 24-hours after the close of Paris Fashion Week, Cara took Brazil by storm this weekend, as she put in appearances at photo shoots, red carpets and tattoo parlors alike! After catching up on some well-deserved shut eye, Cara was back to work on Friday as she took to the streets of Rio for Vogue Brazil. Showcasing a colorful mix of streetwear, including a number of pieces by designer and good friend Jeremy Scott for Adidas and Chanel, Cara was right at home posing for the camera. Posing in slogan caps and printed sneakers, the shoot looked as if it had been inspired by Cara’s own tomboy-meets-urban chic wardrobe— the latest addition of which includes a pair of sport white Chanel sunglasses gifted to her by Karl Lagerfeld following last week’s art-inspired spring/summer 2014 show.
Of course, that was just the start of Cara’s Rio adventure. Later that evening, the British beauty turned up for a party hosted in her honor by Bo.Bô, celebrating her latest Fall/Winter 2013 campaign. Trading in her laid-back duds for a series of surprisingly feminine looks, Cara took to the red carpet where she was bombarded by numerous fans, who had turned out to see the London-born model in action.
On Saturday, Cara kept the party going strong, putting in an appearance at the annual amfAR Inspiration Gala presented by MAC Viva Glam, Microsoft and Vogue Brazil at the Hotel Copacabana Palace. Together with stars such as legendary supermodel Linda Evangelista, Alice Dellal, actress Goldie Hawn and designer Kenneth Cole, Cara celebrated the charitable event, which supports continuing AIDS research. The 21-year-old once again, was among one of the best-dressed on the scene, rocking a black jumpsuit with a sharp, navel-grazing neckline. She accessorized the look with a dazzling silver jeweled belt and a matching necklace that appeared to be secured to the straps of her jumpsuit. Making sure the neckline took center stage, Cara kept her beauty look soft and sophisticated, wearing her hair in loose waves off to one side and a smoldering bronze smoky eye.
As if all that wasn’t enough, the blonde beauty continued to make headlines with her Brazilian antics in the days that followed. It’s no secret that Cara has caught the body art bug as of late, and yet, it looks as if she is just as happy giving tatts as she is receiving them! The model turned tattoo artist for a second time on Sunday when she paid a visit to the tattoo parlor of Daniel Tucci, where she gifted a willing volunteer named Deborah with a wobbly tattoo of her name. No word yet if Cara also got some fresh Brazil ink. Guess we’ll just have to keep our eyes on Instagram for the time being!

Milky cream colored manis swept the Spring ’14 runways from New York to Paris this month, giving stark white nail lacquers a permanent place in our beauty stockpile. Picking up where the Spring/Summer ’13 season left off, the New York Runways updated the white-hot trend with lots of shine and in some cases, minimal nail art. Backstage at Cushnie et Ochs, celebrity nail artist Patti Yankee painted the models’ a crisp, glossy white before adding a solid sterling silver bar across each nail. Over at Milly, Butter LONDON Color Ambassador Katie Jane Hughes used Butter London’s Nail Foundation to start before adding two coats of the brand’s Cotton Buds lacquer to create the models’ half-moon manicures. Meanwhile, at Band of Outsiders, Hughes added Butter London’s Matte Finish to two coats of Cotton Buds— a look that is as doable now as it is for spring. Don’t believe us? Just look at Ming Xi, Miranda Kerr and Cara Delevingne, all of whom were spotted romping around Paris with creamy white tips!
Of course, if you’re hesitant to trade in your wild nail art for a solid shade of white, there are ways to test the trend and still have some fun. Take notes from Deborah Lippmann, who was inspired by cap toe shoes for the nails at the Kate Spade New York presentation, and paint just the tips of your white mani with a brightly colored polish. Another option is create small, uniform polka dots with a nail art pen (we suggest Revlon Nail Art Expressionist), as seen backstage at Charlotte Ronson.
Why wait until spring to test out this white-hot trend? Check out the slideshow below for our editors’ top polish picks!
