Charlotte Tilbury Supermodel-Inspired Makeup Collection is Coming to the US!

We’ve been plotting ways to get our hands on Charlotte Tilbury’s new beauty line for what feels likes ages now, but on September 2, the wait is finally over!

Following the successful launch of her eponymous collection in the U.K. last year, Tilbury — who is widely considered one of the biggest makeup artists in the world and counts Kate Moss, Gisele Bündchen, Cara Delevingne and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley among her devoted celebrity clients— is finally set to bring her coveted products stateside — all 25 of them!

“Beauty is not an exclusive club – there are no unattractive women, just some that don’t know the power of make-up,” says Charlotte Tilbury in the press release. “I was shocked to find out that 50% of women do not engage with make-up and the reasons are: they don’t know how to use it, they don’t know what suits them, they don’t have the time. I wanted to revolutionize the retail experience for these women. Even as a professional makeup artist, I walk onto the Beauty Hall floor and want to run in the opposite direction.  There’s so much choice and so little direction, help and problem-solving and I wanted to set my brand apart from this.”

Look of the Week: Joan Smalls is Vampy Perfection in J.Mendel

The summer months enjoy a hiatus from red-carpet events, until September rolls around, that is.  As the season draws to an end, Hollywood tends to kick things up a notch, hosting such celeb-packed events as the MTV Video Music Awards, the Venice Film Festival and the Emmys, all of which ensure an abundance of glamourous model looks to swoon over in the weeks leading up to fashion week.

Party Pics: Less is More for This Week’s Best-Dressed Models

Always one of the most glamorous dates on the Hollywood calendar, the 2014 Venice Film Festival welcomed an influx of stars to the Italian city this week, where red carpet gowns rivaling those of the Oscars took center stage.

First on our list is supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio, who though she doesn’t appear in any of this year’s featured films, still looked every bit the Hollywood starlet arriving to the premiere of “La Rancon De La Gloire” on Thursday.  The Victoria’s Secret Angel wowed onlookers at the premiere in a red strapless Alberta Ferretti gown, which featured a subtle high-low hemline and side pockets (our favorite!). To complete the look, the Brazilian beauty added a pair of black satin bumps and a dazzling diamond chocker necklace, leaving her brunette strands down for a relaxed, elegant evening look.

Not to be outdone, Estee Lauder model Constance Jablonskii also opted for a Alberta Ferretti frock for the occasion; choosing to stun in a dusty pink asymmetrical design featuring both cutouts and elaborate floral accents.  Like Alessandra, the French beauty also opted for sleek, straight strands on the red carpet, allowing the spotlight to shine on her fresh makeup and statement earrings.  L’Oreal brand ambassadors Liya Kebede and Bianca Balti were also in attendance, wearing designs by Alberta Ferretti and Dolce & Gabbana respectively.
