Downtown in Soho, Rag & Bone boys Marcus Wainwright and David Neville entertained a full house at 82 Mercer Street—a welcome respite from the West side and 42nd Street. Interestingly, the designers filled the massive space with just two rows of seating, allowing everyone an ideal look at the collection.
The ginormous space was met with major model status as well, as the duo displayed their designs on runway stunners like Sasha Pivovarova, Kasia Struss, Jac, and Sigrid Agren and newer faces like Lisanne De Jong and Keke Lindgard. Here’s a collection that we wish was a part of our closet just a few days ago when the blizzard and winds took over the streets of Manhattan. Accentuated by messy hair tucked into scarves, the Rag & Bone girl is city savvy but ready for a trek through the mountains amidst snow showers.
With a front row that included the Kings of Leon, it’s only obvious that the designers fell for Lily Aldridge’s look—and too precious that the musicians were there to cheer her on as she stomped away. ~ Bianca Posterli
