Yesterday Victoria’s Secret dolls Alessandra Ambrosio and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley brought a bit of pink love to New York City. The duo were in town celebrating the launch of the “I ? My Body” Body by Victoria collection as well as the VS Swim 2010 line. In the morning, Rosie and Ale hung out at the SoHo store, but the trekked uptown to the Lexington Avenue flagship for an afternoon shopping event, and helped VS customers find the perfect bra while sharing tips on how to get bikini ready.
“Get a tan!” said Rosie. “I recommend going and getting a little spray tan so you’re not all pasty. That’s definitely what I do!” Ale says find the suit that suits you, because fit is the most important thing. “VS
has all these different kinds of swimsuits, so you can mix and match for different sizes or shapes.”
Alessandra, fresh from the Prada runway in Milan, was still reveling in her Fashion Week fun. “I never thought I looked like a Prada girl, but I guess Miuccia this time decided to change her way of showing clothes. It was great to see curvy girls on the runway!”
