Fashion editors and insiders aren’t the only ones sitting front row to take in all the runway action during Fashion Week. Models are guests of honor, too! Fresh off her Sports Illustrated promo tour, Modelinia heard that Julie Henderson would be making the rounds and we just had to get a model take on the shows and got Julie to guest blog for us!
On the evening of February 12, 2010 a collection filled with military jackets, polka-dot prints, and silk blouses were presented at Exit Art by Claude Morais and Brian Wolk in a fabulous collection called “The Big Bang.” Ruffian’s Fall collection was tasteful and classic with bold rich colors. The girls paraded down the runway in gorgeous Christian Louboutin boots that I fell in love with so much, I’m ordering them through the boys as we speak! Ruffian went outside of the box this season by using knits and hair for the first time in one of their collections. I’m having a hard time figuring out which outer pieces I want. I loved the long military-style trench and the fitted cropped jackets. My favorite look of this collection is No. 20, but also looking at look No. 34 for a night out!
