Sasha Channels Her Best Cosette for Vogue Italia

Everyone’s been talking about the Imagist’s comments regarding the September 2009 issue of Vogue Italia for some time now. Rumors were spreading that, “There were girls…there were boys…there were perfect beauties and edgy new girls all amingling…” for the cover.

Well, today the wait is over as we have a first look at the cover for you, featuring Sasha Pivovarova and Ash Stymest, shot of course by Steven Meisel. But Modelinia wonders, with the comments of girls, boys, beauties, and new girls, could this possibly mean that Vogue Italia has gone the way of Another and V in creating multiple covers? For now we wait for more details, but enjoy the stunning Sasha and her mesmerizing stare paired with those gorgeous eye shadow colors. We’re loving the updated boho look; it’s reminiscent of a modern-day Cosette from Les Mis, no?

UPATE: Anna Jagodzinska and Jamie Bochert have covers as well!
